In this section, we want to create a sense of ownership from our team. We want to make sure they are heard, and their expertise is put into action for our team’s [next year] plans. Get them to spend 10 minutes writing down the answers to the below questions:

Spend the next 30ish mins going through each question one by one, and hear out each person’s answers, write them all up on a whiteboard, and you should start to see patterns Finally, commit to some collective actions as to what you want to focus on/do more of, and what you would like to change for [next year].
