In this section, we want to create a sense of ownership from our team. We want to make sure they are heard, and their expertise is put into action for our team’s 2025 plans. Get them to spend 10 minutes writing down the answers to the below questions:

Spend the next 30ish mins going through each question one by one, and hear out each person’s answers, write them all up on a whiteboard, and you should start to see patterns Finally, commit to some collective actions as to what you want to focus on/do more of, and what you would like to change for 2025.
